🎵 How to Use Trending Instagram Audio for Your Reels
(Step-by-Step Tutorial)
This tutorial will walk you through how to use trending audio (even if your reel already has sound!). Follow the simple steps below to seamlessly swap in trending audio and make your content pop!
Find trending audios in your Member Dashboard:
➡️ Social Media Posts (under the calendar)
➡️ Reels (bottom of the page)
Step 1: Click the Audio Link (on your phone)
Important: Make sure you’re doing this on your phone!
📱 Once you click, it’ll open the Instagram app and take you directly to the trending audio page.
Step 2: Save the Audio
When the audio page opens, tap the bookmark icon to save it to your “Saved” audio collection.
Step 3: Download Your Reel from Us
All of our reels come pre-edited with audio, but don’t worry — you have options!
You can either:

Keep our audio as is
OR -
Replace it with your saved trending audio
Step 4: Remove Our Audio in Canva (Optional)
Want to use the trending audio instead of ours? Here’s how to do that in Canva:

Open the reel in Canva

Select and delete the existing audio track

Download the reel without any sound
Now you’re ready to upload it to Instagram and apply your saved trending audio.
Step 5: Upload to Instagram

Open Instagram and tap + to create a new Reel

Upload your Reel

Tap “Add Music”, then go to Saved, and choose the audio you saved earlier

Tap Done and post!
