Oh boy! No one expected a situation like this! No one could have predicted it – schools closing, afterschool programs canceled, shelves in grocery stores empty. We are home with the kids and no one knows how long this will last.
But this time has also it’s perks…you can finally get some sleep, have more time with the kiddos and more time for yourself!
If you’re like me and you love to read, I would like to recommend a great book by Marie Forleo, which instantly became a #1 New York Times Bestseller – “Everything is Figureoutable”. I hope this book will inspire you, motivate you, give you hope, make you smile (or may be even laugh), and give you a piece of mind that, at the end, you will be able to figure everything out. When you live by this philosophy, even the darkest times are not as dark and all problems seem solvable. I hope you’ll enjoy it!

The short answer is no. Inspections are generally not required when using a mortgage loan to buy a house. But lenders almost always want to have an appraisal done before they will approve a home loan, in order to determine how much the house is worth.
