HOW DO I SAVE THE IMAGE TO MY PHONE OR TABLET ?

In order to save an image that you like from below using your phone or tablet press & hold on the image and that will give you the option to save to your mobile device.

 

HOW DO I SAVE THE IMAGE FROM MY COMPUTER?

IF you are browsing from your computer just drag image to your desktop or right-click – save as.

 

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE GRAPHIC?

If you want to customize the image or graphic and you do not see the edit button then go to “canva templates” You will find It there.

 

HOW DO I COPY TEXT  ?

To copy caption from your phone or tablet press and hold anywhere on the text area. There you should see an option to highlight and copy text

*** When editing Canva templates, We recommend you do it from a computer instead of a smartphone especially if you have an Android phone because occasionally there appears to be an issue with Canva app. This is something Canva will have to address sooner rather than later. This April Fools’ Day..Don’t be fooled by these home-buying myths‼️

✔️ Fact: Many people buy a home with a down payment of just 3.5 percent of the home’s purchase price. Some buy with only 3 percent down, and others buy with no down payment at all…..Seriously!


? Myth: Mortgage interest rates have gone up this year
✔️ Fact: The opposite is true. There’s been a wave of refinancing activity as the average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to an all-time low of [ 3.29% ]


? Myth: Renting is more affordable than homeownership
✔️ Fact: Low rates make buying a home more affordable than you might expect. In many cities, owning can be cheaper than renting. Combined with property tax deductions & mortgage interest deductions, its a no brainer!
